Bloomful appoints new board to drive transformation in women’s digital health
Seasoned leaders in tech, strategy and impact join at a key moment, as Bloomful opens its next funding round to transform care for millions of women
[London, UK - 9th July 2025] - Bloomful, the London-based digital therapeutics company offering holistic support for women's gynaecological health, has announced the appointment of three new board members: Vivienne Hsu, Daniel Elgort and Meagan Fallone. Each brings extensive experience in technology, growth strategy, and impact, and joins Bloomful to help shape the company’s growth ambitions, as it works to bring accessible, evidence-based health support to 100M women.
These appointments reflect a strong belief in Bloomful’s mission, the strength of the team, and the opportunity to deliver lasting change in women’s health, focusing on reducing gynaecological pain.

Bloomful’s new board members
Vivienne Hsu, previously named one of the top 100 most influential women in European VC, is a strategic and growth expert to venture-backed companies, funds, and founders, helping them raise capital, scale, and grow.
Daniel Elgort, PhD is a seasoned healthtech executive and investor who has led and scaled two AI-enabled healthcare companies to successful exits in the US. With deep expertise in data science and product strategy, he brings practical insight into building scalable digital health tools.
Meagan Fallone is a globally recognised social entrepreneur, creating scalable, inclusive systems that empower women. Her experience in the health, education and technology sectors and commitment to the SDGs is shown through her work at CARE International and StepUp Advisers.
What’s next for Bloomful
Bloomful has developed a prototype used by 45,000 women, secured pilot partnerships with GPs, and raised £340k to date through an oversubscribed angel round and grant funding. With the support of its new board, the focus is on scaling pilots, building clinical evidence, and gaining regulatory approvals. They are raising a further £400,000 (SEIS/EIS) to expand the team and deliver these goals.
